With All My Heart

It hurts to talk,

To see your words and not hear your voice,

It hurts to see, to feel the distance between us,

And to know that I can’t be there with you,

It hurts so much,

That to speak to you becomes impossible,

Because I have so much to say,

Of which I can’t,

And so I sit here in silence apart,

Longing for you with all my heart.
